Congress limps back to Power in Manipur

Imphal (CNST) Mar.6: Ruling Congress Party retains its power again in Manipur by bagging 29 seats out of 60 seats, while others party bagged less than 10 seats by Majority of 10000 Voters. With this Result Congress again forms government in Manipur state for 3rth time and Congress got hatrick win with it. People decision took Congress in Power for 3rd consecutive time. Cheif Minister of Manipur Ibobi Singh said "Congress is best and People decided us for 3rd time, we form the government again".
